Scheduling Delivery Date & Window

You can select your delivery date in your cart, up to 60 days in advance. For time sensitive events we recommend scheduling your delivery 3 days before your celebration to ensure a timely arrival.

While we can not guarentee a specific delivery time on the scheduled day, most orders are delivered by 9pm. This includes both residential and business deliveries.

We ship through FedEx and USPS. At checkout you will be able to select which carrier you would like to use. For the most accurate date delivery we recommend FedEx. 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, which will also indicate the carrier. 

All orders come with storage and serving suggestions, to keep your cookies fresh and ready to enjoy. 

Shipping and Returns

All cookie pops wrapped and shipped using the best possible shipping method to ensure they arrive fresh and in top condition. We deliver Monday - Saturday. 

Deliveries are typically made between 8 am and 9pm. Please note that certain delivery dates may be unavailable depending on your order contents, delivery location, holidays, or other factors. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time on the day your order is expected, but most deliveries typically arrive before 9pm on your scheduled delivery date. 

We offer:

Standard flexible date shipping: ranges from $10 to $15. Orders of $100 or more receive Free flexible shipping. Shipped via USPS. Orders shipped with flexible date shipping will be shipped 2-4 days before your selected delivery date and may arrive anytime in the range of 2 days before - 2 days after the selected delivery date. We do everything possible to ensure on on time delivery, during holiday or peak shipping season you may encounter delayed shipping times beyond this range. 

Exact date shipping: ranges from $25 to $30. Orders shipped with exact date shipping will be shipped via FedEx express 2 day shipping.

For Events we highly recommend choosing a delivery date 3 days before event. Along with exact date shipping to ensure an on time arrival. Your cookie pops will remain fresh and in perfect condition.

Tracking will be emailed to you once order has been shipped. If you do not see a tracking email 2 days before your selected order date, please reach out to us via email: hello@frostyourcookie.com

Order Delays

We do everything we possibly can to make sure your order arrives on your scheduled delivery date. However, once a package ships, there can be factors outside of our control, that may come up.

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners employees, or similar reasons outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time, and we may be able to offer accommodations in exceptional circumstances. 

Where do you ship:

We offer nationwide shipping within the U.S.A. At this time we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to one day!

Returns

Given the perishable nature of our offerings, Frost Your Cookie does not accept returns, offer exchanges, and/or grant refunds on any goods sold unless the issue for return, exchange, and/or refund is the result of an error in our manufacturing, packaging, or handling of the goods. 

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to any reason outside of our control. 

Mistakes happen we get it! Unfortunately any mistakes made during the ordering process by the customer resulting in a delay or non-delivery are not eligible for any refunds.Â
