Returns & Exchanges
Can I Return My Order?
- We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but please note that all items are non-refundable. However, if something is wrong with your order please contact us at email@example.com, we can assist you in resolving your order.
Can I Cancel My Order?
- We do accept cancellations 5 business days BEFORE your ship out date. All of our cookie pops are made fresh, once we have completed your order and it is ready to ship, cancellations/refunds will not be available.
Can I Exchange My Product?
- Exchanges can only be made 5 business days BEFORE your ship out date. Once an order has shipped, we can not accept exchanges
Frost Your Cookie has an established Refund/ Exchange policy, which allows you to refund your item if your cookie pops do not live up to our guarantee such as (freshness/taste, broken cookie pops or wrongly described items) within 15 days from the date your order was received.
In addition, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items to Frost Your Cookie for the refund or exchange. The exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you free. After the 15 day period has elapsed, unfortunately we no longer offer an exchange.
To be eligible for a Refund/ Exchange, your item must be received unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and a customer service associate will be in contact with you within 3 business days to discuss the details of your refund/exchange.
